We share only what is needed: your first name and meeting details with the companion assigned to you, and your payment details with our payment processor (Razorpay). We do not sell your personal data to anyone.
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to keep your information safe and limit who can access it. No method of transmission is completely secure, but we work hard to protect your data.
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent. Email hello@saffronconcierge.in to make a request.
We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, then delete or anonymise it.
Our service is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18 without parental consent.

By booking or using Saffron, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
Saffron connects travellers with verified local companions who assist with shopping, bargaining, navigation, food and similar everyday needs. We provide a companion and assistance service; we do not replace a licensed guide where one is legally required at a specific monument, and we are not the seller of any goods you choose to buy from third-party shops.
You can request a booking via WhatsApp or our website. A booking is confirmed once we agree the plan and a fixed price with you and payment is completed.
Prices shown are for the companion service only. Purchases, entry tickets and transport are paid by you at actual cost. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay.
Please give accurate booking details, treat your companion with respect, and follow local laws. Tell us in advance about any medical or accessibility needs.
Our companions are ID-verified and trained, but you remain responsible for your own purchasing decisions. Your companion can advise on fair prices and quality, but the final choice to buy is always yours.
Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
To the extent permitted by law, Saffron is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for goods or services provided by third parties, or for events beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability for any booking is limited to the amount you paid us for that booking.
The content, branding and design of this site belong to Saffron and may not be reused without our permission.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service means you accept the updated Terms.

Plans change. Here's exactly how cancellations and refunds work.
Message us on WhatsApp (+91 73004 53421) or email hello@saffronconcierge.in as early as you can. The time we receive your message is the time we use to calculate any refund.
If Saffron has to cancel for any reason, you choose: a full refund, or a free reschedule to another time that suits you.
Small timing changes are usually free if we have enough notice. Large changes close to the start time may be treated as a cancellation and re-booking.
Refunds are made to your original payment method via Razorpay, usually within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank.
Money you spend on goods, tickets or transport during your booking is between you and those vendors and is not refundable by Saffron.
